[LRUG] creating svg graphs

The Graphics tag on Ruby Toolbox
<https://www.ruby-toolbox.com/#Graphics>contains a lot of imaging and
charting gems, plugins etc.

You might find something there that meets your needs. A lot of them use SVG
internally, or export to it.

As a rule, I find searching the ruby toolbox site to be a more productive
way of finding unpopular but useful libraries.
