[LRUG] Best way to link to, and browse previous convos on the LRUG chat group

Gmail is great for_ _personally searching, but as soon as you want to
share something, being able to send an url to a convo is really
useful.

For example, check this thread here in on the Padrino mailing list:
https://groups.google.com/group/padrino/browse_thread/thread/6b22bed2be761c3e

I see the context and the full conversation, rather than having to
click individually through each post.
