Katrina Owen has a Katas project called exercism

dubbed 'Exercises with crowd-sourced code reviews.'

there are exercises for Ruby, JavaScript, Clojure, Python..

I think it would really benefit from some more experienced Rubyists 
pitching in to help with the code reviews, and helping build (the 
currently empty) wiki with general advice on Ruby idioms.
