[LRUG] Details for the The Bricklayers Arms (should we want to hire it for a pre-conf bash)

Applying the DRY (don't repeat yourself) principle sounds good.

Both the LRUG community and the Pizza on Rails events have contributed
to the growth of Ruby on Rails adoption in the UK. A joint event could
be a nice start to RailsConf. What do others think?
