[LRUG] Help with mish-mash rails install

The REST'y stuff is currently only on edge. I'd recommend freezing to  
4727 as the rewritten dependencies stuff has a few
issues if you're using certain plugins (its the rewritten  
dependencies fault not the plugins fault.. honest:))
