Thanks Dan,

Hmm... a £500 bar spend.  In any other chain of pubs in central London I'd
say easy, but in a Sam Smiths pub?  Won't every one who turns up have to
drink at least 20 of their awfully cheap pints?  (Admittedly my maths might
be a bit off, it's probably closer to 5)
