[LRUG] Details for the The Bricklayers Arms (should we want to hire it for a pre-conf bash)

As I understand it, PizzaOnRails' mooted event is pencilled in to end
around 10pm; there will certainly be people who want to continue
beyond that time, and it seems obvious to do a bit of
forward-coordination and have a pub in mind.
