[LRUG] SMS receiving in Ruby

Unfortunately, from what I can tell, this is too only about sending  
SMS messages, and not receiving them? Because twitter only accepts  
incoming text messages to the service from mobiles in the US. This is  
actually what I'm trying to see if I can tinker with.
