[LRUG] Test - explaination

I should explain. I have received a few messages from people indicating 
that they could not send messages to the list (mail servers indicating 
unroutable address).

The likely cause for this was that the list domain (lists.lrug.org) 
hasn't filtered through the DNS caches yet. (It took 30 minutes for me 
but I have seen it take a few days, like when I set up the other list)
