[LRUG] deadline approaching for RailsConf Europe talk proposals

Hi everyone --

Just a reminder that July 21 is the deadline for RailsConf Europe talk
proposals.  If you want to have a talk considered, you have to have
submitted a proposal at the official proposal site by that day.
