[LRUG] Convincing a bank to use Ruby

Wow, thanks everyone for the fantastic response.  We will certainly be
able to use all your advice in our proposal.

The Guerilla method was my method at my last employer, but at a Bank
everything has to be approved before you can even install it... so
sneaking it in isn't a choice :)
But I think we have some very strong arguments and I hope we can
convince people to let us use it.
