Not too sure if anyone's is added this yet. Its mr fowler's brief
writeup on Test Doubles, this includes mocks, stubs, fakes, etc..

Also, it has an added link to the xUnit Patterns website, that
contains some really good patterns for unit testing. The patterns
here, http://xunitpatterns.com/Test%20Double%20Patterns.html, delve
into the black art of testing doubles.

The site is good enough for the patterns to get published as a book as
part of the Martin Fowler signature series.
