[LRUG] pre-conf beer next Wed Sept 13

It does look good, but I think 35 is probably a low estimate - I'd
expect probably closer to 60 if there are 400 delegates. However, it
seems like it's free entry by 10, so there should be plenty of room
for flexibility...
