[LRUG] lrug.org needs some sweet css lovin'

The thing to do is just get stuck in - the sort of content the site
would have is pretty basic - reviews of meetings, perhaps
miscellaneous news, a header and footer obviously...

Nothing is set in stone, so go ahead and we'll all look forward to
seeing what everyone comes up with!
