[LRUG] Seeking ruby-on-rails developers

MediaStores (http://mediastores.com) is about to embark on a sizeable  
ruby-on-rails project to build v2 of our webapp. I know a few people  
on this list have done some work with the framework ;-) so if you're  
interested in being involved please drop me a line off list ASAP.

For now just a brief outline of your experience with the RoR  
framework (esp. any e-commerce sites) and agile development  
practices, how many of you there are (one or more is OK), your mix of  
front-end and back-end skills, availability (we plan to kick off next  
month) and a guide figure for your day rate.

I'll be attending RailsConf (and Pizza on Rails and the LRUG party)  
this week, so feel free to grab me there to talk more.
