[LRUG] It begins!

Actually, what I meant was "What would we need to do
to start off a mentoring scheme?" rather than trying
to get people to post questions to the list.

If people who would like to be mentored brought their
applications/ideas into the next LRUG meeting it would
give potential mentors a chance to see what they were
doing, and talk to the person, to see if they would
like to mentor them. Would that be a good first step?

I would be happy to compile a list of mentors and
mentorees(?). We could meet before the main meeting or
(probably better) in the pub afterwards to match
people up.
