[LRUG] RoR developer required, London

Yes yes... thanks guys.
What can I say? We have perfectly good web developers - myself being a 
LAMP developer and designer. We've worked on a few projects where this 
skill set is wholly appropriate, however, for what have up our sleeves, 
we have seen the light and believe it is Ruby coloured.

I know it never looks good to have no website, and I'm not going to make 
any excuses for it. I'm not here to waste anyone's time either - this is 
a real offer, with real opportunities.

In place of the lack of a website, I can tell you that we've been
