It is yes.  But they're jsut PDF's on a CD so perusal might be hard.  There
is a printed book that you can flick through, but it's not of those PDFs; it
contains a chapter on ActiveRecord from The Rails Way, a chapter on REST
from RailsSpace and a chapter on OOP from The Ruby Way.
