There certainly was! (Although I suspect that's no guarantee that  
they actually *had* a Chancellor on file.) Apparently you should be  
addressed as 'Dear Mr Chancellor'.

It's also got 'The Rt Hon the Lord High Chancellor' if you ever fancy  
an upgrade.
