I'm a big fan of Sanskrit:

which, whilst it requires some editing to make work outside "demo
mode", is rather nice - it's simple and Wysiwyg, but it spits out
Textile rather than HTML. We had some issues around making it work in
Safari, but it turned out OK in the end.

And... you can style the menu as you wish.
