Hi Steve,
It looks like those soap warnings are resulting in the 500 error. The
app loads fine up until the user submits a form which initiates a soap
req.
Here's the part of my apache conf:
# Passenger config
LoadModule passenger_module
/var/lib/gems/1.8/gems/passenger-1.0.1/ext/apache2/mod_passenger.so
RailsSpawnServer
/var/lib/gems/1.8/gems/passenger-1.0.1/bin/passenger-spawn-server
RailsRuby /usr/bin/ruby1.8

Hmm... what's odd is that nowhere is it mentioned that an actually error
is occurring. The 'ignored element: ' messages are warnings from the
SOAP library, but nothing seems to indicate the cause of the 500 error.
So when you run in development mode, you still get the 500 'something
went wrong' page? Can you post the parts of your apache conf that
concern mod_rails and your app?
Steve
