Surely the question was of recruiter's candid nature, and accurate
rhetoric... Not our ability to Code. I understand what my Clients want,
and facilitate the hire etc...

Now there are varying standards of Consultant, as there are Programmers
but as a rule we understand the industry dynamics not the "ins and
outs".
