Last year the design team of BBC Audio and Music ran a series of talks where
companies came in and gave a presentation about their company, design
philosophy and work.
This year we'd like to extend the programme to other disciplines. The design
talks were often done as a cultural exchange - they would present to us and
then one of the senior designers would go and present to them.
Currently Audio and Music has inter-disciplinary teams building CMS/data
management systems in Ruby on Rails, often using Ruby as a gateway to
interacting with our legacy systems.
If you think you can present on a topic you feel maybe of interest to one or
more groups, be it Designers, Software Engineers, or HTML coders, drop me a
email and I'll set something up.
Thanks for listening
