[LRUG] Sphinx and Sphincter

Hi,

Has anyone used Sphinx[1], particularly with Eric Hodel's Sphincter 
[2] Rails plugin?

I'm having trouble getting Sphinx to generate any indices and just  
thought I'd ask on the off chance somebody has already seen and  
solved this.
