Tipped is looking to hire an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to lead ongoing development of both PC and mobile applications.  In addition to RoR you’d need experience with MySQL, Javascript, Ajax, Capistrano, Ferret, etc.  If you had CSS/HTML skills that’d be a plus.
