[LRUG] Lruggery

In order to prove that a) my little names from a hat app wasn't complete ass
(damn you projector with weird colour levels) and b) that it did actually
pick names randomly I've posted it to github.  There's also a couple of
other scripts I've written to do various things for / at LRUG meets.
