Yeah, maybe. It is for a entry level role though. All the comparison  
posts I saw want "rockstars" and are offering £25k-35k. I think  
they're after someone quite different - lots of experience etc, can  
just get on with things, whereas we're looking for a decent entry  
level coder who wants experience and wants to learn how to write ruby  
for a living, and how to do it well.

Heh, perhaps not. I *am* looking for some humility though; enough  
humility to admit you're wrong is one of the key ingredients to team  
coding. Also, petty arrogance irritates me beyond belief :-)
