The apparent inelegance of interspersing helpers and regular text on the
same line had been my only (petty) issue with Haml. Thank you for that
tidbit of advice!
Btw, regarding dividitis, you're always free to:
section.article
My semantic article.
rather than:
.article
My semantic article.
