Hey there all,

Hope you've all had (or 'are having'?) a great christmas! Not wanting to taint your holidays with thoughts of CARs, CONS and all the rest too much, but I'm starting to think about organising the second instalment of the London CompSci book club.

I'm thinking, based on the discussion at the last meeting, that it might be best if we ploughed through the remainder of chapters one and two as quickly as possible, as, let's be honest, they're pretty boring, and I think the meetings will be far more valuable when we get onto the more juicy stuff in chapters 3 onwards. Therefore I'd like to propose that we next meet at the beginning of feb, and expect to discuss anything from the first two chapters, before moving on with the rest of the book at future meetings.

With that in mind, I've put a doodle poll up here - http://www.doodle.com/7q8ax48p8kqb4gkt to choose an exact date - I'm assuming that 6.30PM at the Crown Tavern as before is good for everyone unless I hear any wild objections.

Do get in touch and moan if you don't agree with any of the above - More than happy to change to suit some sort of rough consensus.

Cheers,

Tim
