[LRUG] London RoR Conference, July '09 ?

That's me - patience, I'm on a different time zone to most people ;)

It's now approved, and for the record, suggested dates for Rails Camp  
2 in the UK is Early/Mid August... which is a touch close to your  
tentative dates, but it's not the end of the world.
