ROLE PURPOSES
1.1 To manage, lead, and develop a team of Software Engineers and Client
Side Developers (CSDs).
1.2 To be an expert developer who can lead other developers to produce high
quality software systems that support the bbc.co.uk website.
1.3 To work with team members and counterparts in other teams (including
editorial, UX&D and project management) to manage the workflow of the team.
