[LRUG] Moving to London, finding Ruby/Rails jobs

Hello,

I've only joined the list recently, but it seems to be acceptable to 
discuss employment, so...

I'm looking into a move to London at the moment and am wondering if 
anyone can recommend any sites or mailing lists for finding ruby related 
jobs  (at the moment, I'm just keeping an eye on this list, 
jobs.rubynow.com and railsjobs.co.uk). Ideally, I'd like to avoid going 
through an agency to find work, although if anyone has had positive 
experiences with particular agencies I'd be very interested to hear 
about them.
