Hardly a tough thing to fix. Time and time again, as soon as there's
been widespread practical interest in a new technology a Ruby library
has popped up for it, same as in most other popular languages.
If libraries for consuming and producing RDF are hard to find, then
the 'problem' probably lies in RDF, not any one language.
