[LRUG] Sphinx && (Sequel && Merb)

Just thought I'd put this out there, as I've not had much luck on  
google - are any of you using Sphinx (http://www.sphinxsearch.com/)  
with Sequel? (I'm on Merb for reference, but i guess that's not  
necessarily relevant to the question, as it should be fairly agnostic  
to the view and controller layers).

There's the Thinking Sphinx plugin for ActiveRecord (http://ts.freelancing-gods.com/ 
), but i can't seem to find any plugins for those of us who prefer an  
ORM with a little more of the 'R'. It looks like i'm gonna have to  
roll something myself, but if anyone's gone down this route before,  
I'd be really keen to hear about it :-)
