just a quick post to let the list members know that we have an opening for the position of Team Lead Ruby Developer :

Role: lead and mentor a team of 4 Web developers (Rails + MySQL + Solr/Sphinx) ; SCRUM master.
Type: permanent.
Experience: 7+ years with Ruby on Rails 3y and Agile development (SCRUM ideally).

I'm pretty sure DHH is happy at 37Signals.

Start date: ASAP:-)
Salary: DOE
