Hey all,
So, It looks like SICP won out with 11 votes, closely followed by
Godel, Escher, Bach taking the Silver medal, and Coders at Work taking
the bronze, with 10 and 9 votes respectively.
Next step - to choose a time and date! I've left a fairly long range
of dates for those who feel they might need a bit longer to get
cracking with the book. I'd like to propose we try and cover the first
two chapters at the first meeting, but am open to suggestions if
consensus is that this is too much or too little - We can have a poll
for that too if necessary.
The poll for dates and times is here: http://doodle.com/x8232xarnsn97k6k
Please forward this on to anyone else you might have told about it!
Cheers,
Tim
