[LRUG] Rails in the wonderful, wonderful Cloud

1. Slow turnaround with support tickets
2. Takes ages to commission new slices
3. Seems like everything is done by hand which often results in
mistakes (which makes things take even longer)
4. You don't get much juice (RAM/CPU) for the price
5. Gentoo + nginx not the most flexible
6. Even though they were 'living the merb dream' they could never
support it very well
7. We often require a sysadmin to support their sys admins
8. Very inflexible when it comes to installing 'extra stuff' (to cater
for messaging/queuing system requirements for example)

(I'm also talking vps and not solo)
