[LRUG] LRUG games night date picking

After an epic Settlers of Catan battle at Rails Camp UK, it was
decided that London was in need of a LRUG-geeks-and-friends board
games night. This night is now about to arrive. All we have to do is
pick a date and we will select the most suitable one. This is done
