[LRUG] Looking for a Front End dev with special skills

Hi all

For a mostly-CSS/layout job, I'm looking for a freelance Front End dev who
ticks the following boxes:

Must know:
CSS
HTML(.erb)
Git (from the command line)
Rails framework
Photoshop slicing/dicing

Nice to have:
HAML
RSpec (awareness of: the tests are already written)
Own laptop already setup with Ruby/Rails (1.8.7/2.3.8) and MySQL (5.0)

Does anyone know of any useful places to look for such a person? I'm finding
the usual sources tend to glaze over when I say the words "Git" and "Haml"
:o)
