Bit of a shameless plug here and sorry if this is totally OT.

We have just relaunched Rubymash.com which lists all Rails dev  
companies and now Freelancers all over the world.
There are 100s of companies on it but only about 29 freelancers: http://rubymash.com/freelancers?page=1
It would be nice is London dominated the Freelancer scene on the map :-)
