[LRUG] Where do you currently find the best Ruby job postings?

Hi all,

I'm wondering where you guys currently find the best Ruby job postings?

By 'best' I mean:

* Relevant to Ruby/Rails/Web work.
* High signal to noise ratio.
* Few recruiter buzzwords.
* Positions that actually exist.

I'm aware of RubyNow, RubyInside, and the new RubyMash - but some
opinions on which sources are currently proving most useful to you
would be much appreciated.
