[LRUG] February lightning talks

I, or Murray should he wish, could give a short talk on how to put on  
your own conference.

Essentially this is how any of you could (and might) run your own Ruby  
Manoresque event. It's not that hard, and once you see how easy it is  
to do yourselves, it might make you feel differently when deciding  
whether or not to pay hundreds for other conferences.

You can either consider this as me putting myself forward, or Muz can  
take this as a suggestion. I am breezy.
