[LRUG] February lightning talks

Hi,
I'd tentatively be happy to talk about Adhearsion - making and
receiving phone calls in ruby. I haven't even started looking at it
yet (need to learn it over the next month anyway though) - so it would
be more of a "I've done some investigation, this is what you can do"
talk rather than a real world experience report. Also, as I've done a
lightning talk both previous times, it might be fairer to let someone
else have a go if they want to. So put me down as a backup talk if you
need to make up the numbers.
Cheers,
Roland
