Hey Lruggers.  Here's a job advert, from a friend, Tim Malbon, at Made By
Many, a London-based design company.  I've done a little bit of work with
them before and they're good people.

Yo Max,

Just in case you left any digital gypsy-renegades, rogues and awesomeists
out there, we're trying to fill a few roles at Made by Many and we thought
we'd ask around to see if anyone knows anyone.

   - We're looking for a *heavyweight interaction designer* - someone who
   gets the idea of designing systems and whole services, loves UX, loves
   Agile, loves the new Web, loves techies - wants to be part of something that
   goes beyond being merely a job, and someone who's not precious about job
   titles - because we're trying not to have them.
   - We're also looking for a *young Padawan designer* - could be their
   first job. We'd like to find someone relentlessly challenging and willing to
   fail in the name of progress
   - We need to find a *project admin person* to support our self-organising
   teams rather than lead or manage them. Would be great if they were a bit of
   a business analyst too but the key skills are cultural fit (geeky, new Web
   person in real life), knows how big complex projects are delivered, good
   with budgets, risk management, opinionated, willing and able
   - And we also need* developers with Ruby on Rails, XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
   and the Photoshop *skills - I think we’re looking for ninja levels of
   skill in this respect
