Might not be true, because ruby version 1.9.2 is using exactly same
directory as 1.9.1 (http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/210724).

I'm not using Heroku at the moment, but if you do any work on edge
versions, probably is better way to use your custom VPS-is + you will
learn a lots of linux world as a bonus.
