[LRUG] Handling opening and closing of transactions manually in ActiveRecord

I thought that RSpec (via rspec-rails) respected the
use_transactional_fixtures (e.g. wrap all the specs in a transaction) stuff
in ActiveSupport::TestCase? Am I wrong?
