Are your reservations with the tools or the notion of Test-driven design ?

I'm current reading Growing Object Orientated Software Guided by Tests 
after being put onto it JB Rainsberger whose articles on testing as a 
design tool I found thought provoking.

Our team has lively debates about the relative merits of cucumber and 
RSpec and we use them extensively. It's like a refactor phase of your 
learning cycle.
