If it's the project I think it is (and I suspect Matthew and I are in
agreement on which one) then I heartily agree. However, If I'm right,
then it's also a fantastic place to work in  a junior role - My first
full-time rails job was there and I worked on some very interesting
problems alongside some very smart people, and learnt loads. They're
also not the kind of people to go in for the rockstar/ninja/wizard
hyperbole normally, so I wouldn't take the wording of the ad as
representative of the culture there.
