I've taken payment in Hong Kong in USD
and did it via a bank transfer.

I recently moved a few thousand pounds from Hong Kong to the UK via bank
transfer.
It cost £20ish for the transfer (less than 0.5%)

Why won't he do a bank transfer?

I also have taken payment via Paypal.
It was alright
But it was a small amount
so I kept it in USD.
