Do what you can to get the funds via Paypal. Any delays from your side will
make it more likely his cashflow issues will worsen.... prob his paypal
account will take the funds from a credit card.

I don't know.  I can only imagine he has cash already in his PayPal account
or something....I think a phone call might be in order to get more info!
